Who are we?

The Team at Titan Identity are passionate about All things Health and Fitness, with a focus on balanced training and injury management. Our team is complimented by professionals within the Fitness and Wellbeing industry – ranging from personal training, physiotherapy, nutrition, yoga, high-intensity training, and sports ranging from football, athletics and running, and ball sports like squash and tennis. Whilst some of the team have the technical skills in these areas all of these sports have something in common…..dynamic movement.

Our aim is not to preach, but to share our experiences and knowledge…..and hopefully have some fun whilst doing it. Exercise, workouts, and any form of activity that we endeavour upon in our daily lives doesn’t have to be a chore and can be fun. Saying that however, reality is sometimes it is a chore and all we really want to do is stay on the couch and do a Netflix binge. This is ok too and we will talk extensively about why this is ok, and why it is necessary to give the body and the mind a rest.

Sometimes it is hard to digest the significant amounts of content that are now available, and we are inundated with content all the time through our devices.

We hope to provide bite size amounts of information that are easy to digest and understand. More importantly we are also along for the ride so we are doing everything we are posting. We will share the good with the bad.
